Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original BINO packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
